Entries, main courses and
hand-made pasta, but also second courses and vegetables, till desserts... We'll
guide you through the making of each course, from the choose of ingredients to
the garnish before serving it. Thanks to our lessons, you'll learn how to prepare,
cook and show to your guests interesting courses, deeply tied to our typical umbrian
products.

we organize tours and visits to the wineries in Montefalco, where you can
taste couplings of food and wines (20 € per person), and also visits to small
producers of cheese, where to learn everything about the various steps leading
to obtain the final product. Tasting of cheeses is included and, if you desire,
you can purchase what you prefer.
